Procurement Associate

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and help manage our organization's procurement needs. Procurement Specialist responsibilities include researching new suppliers, ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet our specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
  • Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
  • Analyze industry and demand trends
  • Develop and monitor inventory control procedures
  • Prepare monthly reports on procurement matters
  • Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing & supplies, finance, business, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a purchasing associate, or a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software
  • Ability to create strong working relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Accounts & Admin Associate

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and alcohol distribution laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and sales transactions
  • Process accounts payable and purchase records
  • Track inventory levels for FMCG and alcohol products
  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
  • Manage cash and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and statements

Order Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate to complete customer orders as received via various channels. Once we receive an order, the Fulfillment Associate gathers the items and prepares the order for shipping or pickup.

Responsibilities:

  • Printing customer orders as needed
  • Collecting products based on orders, using item numbers and locations
  • Assembling, labeling, and packaging orders
  • Completing order and shipping documentation accurately
  • Stocking inventory
  • Moving inventory throughout the work space

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Previous experience (1+ years) in warehousing/order picking
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
